Stealing a banner from someone's house is not okay.  If it were my house, would I be pissed?  Absolutely.

Is this a "serious theft"?  "Stalking"?  "Really scary"?

I agree. Stealing that banner from her house was not OK and I hope they catch him. Making this into the long treatise that is the OP's post and making more out of it than there is is also not OK. Libby, you are obviously not a reasonable person so this will fall on deaf ears:

Keep it short and simple and understand that people would be on your side if you didn't blow things out of proportion.

Also, six cameras? Wow. You must either really feel unsafe or you will do anything to ensure the safety of your Steelers banner!
