[/quote] +1 Family and neighbors ask - but high season is high season. You pay the full amount, or you go somewhere else. It's not a charity. Ex: family/neighbors don't want the smaller house down the street - they want your house for the smaller house price, because they know it is nice, well kept, well appointed, and much bigger. If you rent it to the ones asking for a discount, you are asking for trouble, because they treat it like well, a discount. [/quote]
