People act like property crime is nothing. For A LOT of people, stealing a car is stealing someone’s livelihood and security. Stealing from an independently owned store is taking their ability to care for their kids and pay their rent. There’s no “just stealing” about it and none of these guys was Jean Valjean. [/quote]

It si is still not a capital punishment offense. You have no idea the history of the car robber and the dumbass youtuber is a 21 year old kid who does stupid, dumb stuff. Also not punishable by death. Everything else I biolded above I am not even responding to...it is over the top hyperbolic delusions. Lots of things aren't punishable by death, but if a criminal is caught in the act, lethal force is justified. Texas just happens to extend justification to further cover property crimes than other states.[/quote]
