I guess we can now rely on you for DC statehood?[/quote] That is just not true, it does happen in many cities. If your frame of reference is the 90s, things have changed quite a bit. Policies like Equity in Action and changes in philosophy toward crime and in the types of prosecutors that are backed in running for office have shifted things in this direction in many places. See LA, SF, Minneapolis, Chicago, etc, etc. [/quote]
