On more than one occasion, I have read threads on other websites posted by New Jersey students asking why people from New Jersey are disliked so much. The stereotype is of a loud, mouthed obnoxious person--either sex--who is superficial with exposed chest hair--either sex again--and wearing at least one gold chain necklace--males only.[/quote] Wait, you mean there are people like that outside of Long Island?[/quote]
