Interior has a good layout and looks move-in ready, which isn't so common for CP. 100% agree this is a CP classic. The few drawbacks I see are the kitchen (could use a refresh and redesign), small outdoor space (though there's nice privacy on one side because of the neighboring lot), and location (it's a good and desirable location, but I'd personally rather be closer to Cathedral Commons or the Connecticut strip).[/quote]
