They do NOT pay for buses, drivers, gas, etc. A school can CHOOSE to fund a field trip from their budget. Mine has never fully funded a trip in the last five years. The kids had to pay to offset the cost to go 5 miles away and to go go 10 miles away. There is no PTA money.[/quote]
