Add to the list, don't watch South Pacific, or Assassins, or Miss Saigon, or Newsies, or anything set any time other than today, and featuring any story line that involves history or actual historical people. And as someone earlier noted: Don't go near any Shakespeare histories, OP! Or really any Shakespeare at all, because even in comedies his geography is all wrong, and that will only inflame the ulcer you''re working on with your ire over Hamilton.

Maybe just watch modern sitcoms on TV. Not dramas, they might get police procedure wrong and that's inaccurate....Wait! Sounds like the few who don’t like Hamilton are the triggered ones.

Many people said something along the lines of taste is taste but we loved it. The critique that it was historically inaccurate was silly. It was much more accurate than many historical movies and shows. And the best part was it spurred so many youth to read more about early American history. [/quote]

The title of the thread is obviously not a positive one - the OP wanted to know if anyone else felt the same way.  Many do.  But of course, the Hamilton stans can't resist crashing the thread to wax poetic about how "genius"  :shock:  this show was.  I'm sure there are other threads that are all about fangirling for this silly show - why the need to come here?  [/quote]
