2021-2022: Whittle struggles and implodes, leaving unpaid rent, lawsuits, teacher salaries, and graduating a very small class, including the HoS child among the 14; a small inner circle of 4 wealthy and influential families including the HoS and his wife are appointed to advise Whittle on all matters including handling the financials and they keep reassuring other parents whom they need to stay open that all will be well, but promptly shut down overnight after graduating the small class, families other than 14 struggle to get their transcripts, teachers and vendors remain unpaid 
2021: HoS keeps saying and tweeting positive stuff about Whittle 
2022 (May): Maret HoS is announced in parallel to the Whittle imploding, there are reported rumors that the Board was instructed how to vote and heavily lobbied

To this day, both have refused to comment, apologize, help any of the affected people (other than the wife allegedly soliciting money from parents for lunches and teacher salaries in 2021-2022 while herself getting paid).

Reads to me like a complete sham and I would want nothing to do with it let alone pay his hefty package out of my fees.
