Many women don’t ask for what men do and they should! The worst an employer/potential employer can say is “no”. I was making $150k 10+ years ago at a nonprofit. One of the reasons I made that much was because I was really good at negotiating salary increases at every new job. Now I make close to $400k out on my own.[/quote]
