This has been the historic norm for years. These events do not attract all the top players. They don’ need the politics, don’t need these events and don’t need to spend the unnecessary thousands of dollars to participate. These events promise a recruiting windfall but ask many of the best players in the area if AS impacted their commitment to a collage program and many would say no.[/quote]

My daughter is a 24. This tournament was the first time the college she actually committed to really came to all of her games and she did the clinic the day before and had a lot of face to face time with the coach. So, it may not help all, but it did help my daughter
