I don’t think anyone should be taunting anyone else with any words. But people can say what they want. No one is going to be watching what they say because a kid is present. You don’t have a right not to be offended when you are in public. If OP doesn’t like what her kid might hear at the courts, he shouldn’t be there. And yeah, it is stupid for some white lady to be lecturing a black kid about the N word unless she’s his mom or his teacher or responsible for him in some way. [/quote]
