The  Ballston Mall parking garage is an Arlington County owned property. The public has a right to know how the county operates it for the safety and protection on behalf of all of its citizens and those who visit.

Three teenagers nearly died from fentanyl and alcohol overdoses during school hours.[b] The County needs to address why they are permitting repeated illicit drug and alcohol use on their property by minors.[/b] That is what is owed to the public.

You are insane and have lost your mind. The county is not responsible for policing illicit behavior by minors. That's on their parents and guardians.
