I don't know if I've just happened to get a few check out people are aren't doing it, or if it's a policy. It's kind of annoying because the check out person just keeps sending stuff through and it's hard to keep up. When the check out person does the bagging, they can pause to bag so the area doesn't get all backed up. My local Whole Foods used to always have baggers, but now it's hit or miss.[/quote]
