[/quote] An incorrect diagnosis on her file will follow her. Depending on her insurance, she may have to seek a new provider in the same healthcare system as the old doctor so the notes will remain in her file because they are connected. Stating a patient has had unhealthy eating habits/lack of exercise when they have a heart condition is something read by insurance providers and other doctors. It could actually cause problems for the patient in the future. She doesn't sound "nuts." She sounds like she wants her health record to be free of mistakes which isn't "nuts."[/quote] Cause problems in the future? Please describe what sort of problems could emerge.[/quote]
