It seems pretty clear there will be no school at Taylor for the week. At least. They don't even know what the problem is.
They figured out it's an electrical issue today!
I bet APE cut the power lines! (That's the gist of what I got from today's insane posts)
haha- I'm just catching up- there was some insanity posted today for sure. Come on people APE did not oppose hvac maintenance or advocate for the VLP. APE opposed smart restart's insanity claiming that we needed some sort of uber charged air exchanging system before we could go back to school. I don't recall ape having a position on the vlp really- but I think it was more along the lines of we need to be back fully in person.
This is so APE. They got called out so they try to blame another group? Umm, Smart Restart advocated for HVAC upgrades to match ASHRAE recommendations and it was never conditioned on opening schools - that's ridiculous and just another false APE narrative. But APE told APS back then that any HVAC upgrades were not needed and schools were just fine as is. Clearly that is not the case. Perhaps if APS had listened to Smart Restart instead your kids would be in school and not home on screens today. And yes, I definitely remember a lot of the APEs pushing for our virtual kids to be off in a separate program, not part of our home schools. That stung then because our kids were being pushed out of their communities, and it backfired in the awful VLP experience. I found it supremely ironic that APE then piled on and criticized APS for the VLP failure. They never cared about those kids at all and still don't.
