Stating that someone is not a credible witness isn't "misogyny," as much as you wish it was.  The only losers here are those who continue to claim someone is guilty, with zero substantiation.  Grow up.[/quote]

There was "zero substantiation" because the FBI did not do--for whatever reason--a thorough investigation. So either they were told to go easy on BK, or it is their practice to not thoroughly investigate Supreme Court nominees.

The FBI got 4,500 tips about Kavenaugh that they did not follow up on.

"[b]Not only did the FBI refuse to interview Dr. Ford or the corroborators listed in our letter to FBI Director Wray, it failed to act on the over 4,500 tips it received about then-nominee Kavanaugh[/b]," the attorneys said. "Instead, it handed the information over to the White House, allowing those who supported Kavanaugh to falsely claim that the FBI found no wrongdoing."
