Hmm…[/quote] Spay and neuter rates for all dogs are around 80 percent, but the rates for pitbulls is around 20 percent, hence them being disproportionately represented in shelters. They're breeding and being bred like crazy and their owners are less responsible about making sure that doesn't happen.[/quote]
