In addition to thoroughly washing your entire bodily surfaces, it is crucial to use antibacterial soaps.
No, there's no need whatsoever to use antibacterial soaps. They're no more effective than regular soap in actually getting you clean, and are one of the things leading to the rise of resistant bacteria. Soap, when used properly, is more than adequate to get people clean. I can't understand this weird obsession some people have with washcloths.
Wrong. The antibacterial soaps are specially designed to kill almost all types of bacteria which is what you need to keep from getting sick all the time.
And the ones they don't kill then become resistant to antibiotics, which is becoming a serious problem. "Antibacterial" products are a marketing ploy to sell stuff to anxious germophobes. If you're properly lathering with soap, the soap will remove any bacteria. There's no need to use antibacterial soap to get clean, for the average person. Do you even understand how soap works? Soap is naturally antibacterial because soap molecules physically destroy bacteria and other contagions in a way that they can't evolve their way out of.
