To me I would want to be able to be back in the hotel room within 3 minutes if at full speed. The steakhouse is .1 miles away and a 3 minute walk according to google maps but IMO it is actually I think too risky because no matter how you go you have to cross two streets and they did not have line of site to the hotel.
