[/quote] I'd say being at work, in a classroom with students would be a "job-related context" Nowadays, many school districts, especially around the DMV have started implementing similar type regulations for their staff. Please check your local school district policies before you send a bottle of wine onto school property. Even if well intentioned, your child, the teacher or the school administration could get into trouble for it. Is it worth it? Part of a gift is making sure that is it appropriate and allowed in the context and setting. In this case, it most likely is not. A gift card would be a better choice.[/quote]
