+1. It's obvious she really wants that unstructured time with you and the kids that can't happen if you stay at a hotel. She's even willing to sleep on the couch for it, since her daughters seem to be inflexible and not very accommodating to support their mother's hosting. [/quote]
Exactly - I seriously wouldn't mind sleeping on the couch to make room for visiting family.  Her daughters suck, but I think the aunt is sweet offering to host you and your kids.  Your visit will make her very happy.  I love my family and don't pass up the opportunity to spend time with them because of SLIGHTLY inconvenient sleeping arrangements.  It's not like anyone is being asked to sleep on top of a hay bale in a barn.  I am SHOOK by the number of people on this thread you claim that they would never share a room.  First world problems, I guess.[/quote]
