Can you explain to me WHY a school in Idaho should be doing this in the first place? When I went to college I made sure I had taken care of that before I left.  When my daughter went, I did the same.  Who depends upon the school dispensary to do an adequate job?  And why should Idaho tax dollars pay for that anyways?[/quote]

Now do the millions of 18-year-old college freshmen who don’t have a parent willing to “make sure they had that taken care of before they left.”[/quote]
