Also, school districts would move teachers that had been accused by students, even/especially when no charges were filed, since students are not always reliable.  That doesn't seem to be the case here but I knew of a couple teachers when I was growing up who were accused by students (falsely, since I also knew the kids) and were moved but never prosecuted. Same thing happened in this case -- this piece of trash taught in 3 different school systems, always being told to "go quietly" when there were rumblings of indiscretions. Luckily, one of his MULTIPLE victims had the courage to come forward...
