[/quote] When you are here more than just July and August it is pretty uncrowded. The Cape isn't really snooty - the majority of houses are quite ordinary and not on the beach. I find it much less snooty than the DC area. No one is forced to buy a house here but not sure why you need to piss on those of us who do live here.[/quote]
