We bribed him to do poop in the toilet and worked on him understanding that his body wasn't falling off when the poop came out. It's a gross time, but it will pass. Ours didn't do it at daycare, only at the public park. Pull ups for the park seem like a good compromise and chances are, he'll be fine by January. [/quote]
