Many dioceses are establishing policies that require their educational institutions to uphold the Catholic teachings of biological sex. For example, in Green Bay schools are no longer allowed to use preferred pronouns, students must use the bathroom of their biological sex/play on sports teams of their biological sex/wear clothing that align with their biological sex. Do you agree with this? https://www.catholicnewsagency.com/news/251781/green-bay-diocese-issues-gender-identity-policy-consistent-with-biological-sex
I think it makes sense if sending your kid to a school with these avowed beliefs, yes. Why would a parent want to send a trans child to a school that rejects their child? I am a reformed Catholic, a dem and very pro LGBTQ. I don't agree with Catholics on this issue, so I don't choose to associate with them any more. Freedom.
