Despite what many men on this thread and elsewhere seem to think, the money is to support their child, who is being cared for by someone else, usually the mother. You are not doing the mother some big favor by sending her a check. Also child support does not even BEGIN to cover half of the actual cost of raising a child. Nice try, guys.[/quote]
