My DD will be attending the Boston campus I'm the Fall in the regular program. As PP explained, it's the NUBound program.  You don't have a choice which program you get accepted to, Regular NU, NUin, or NUBound. In the end, you finish with the same degree. However, something that parents are finding out is that with NUin and NUBound it's a "pre-matriculation" program. Therefore [b]federal aid can not be used during that year/semester. Also, student loans seem to be harder to get[/b].[/quote]

The (big) difference is that most of these schools don't make you go to one of their locations in the fall. You are simply admitted to start in the spring and can do whatever you want for Fall semester. [/quote]

Emory sends its students to Oxford for 2 years.
UVA send it's waitlist students to Wise campus for 1 year.
Tons of similar (guaranteed) transfer programs.

For these, if you go somewhere else, your transfer is not guaranteed.
You have to reapply with other transfer students.
