Adults shower at night? Do you mean after you exercise or are you in a job where you get dirty?
I know quite a few adults who shower at right right before bed, especially in the summer or if they are outside a lot (either b/c of sweat or pollen, etc). And some people don't have time to shower in the morning.
I get the shower at night if its super hot and/or pollen. But I don't get how showering at night can replace morning showers. Yuck.
This makes no sense. During the day I am outside and at work and moving about and such. Then a shower. Then my clean bed. In the morning, I am still clean. What is yuck about that? To me, not showering after getting dirty all day but getting in my clean bed is yuck.
Right, your bed stays cleaner too. Even if I wasn't working from home (I get up 45 min before work) I wouldn't shower in the morning, it's not an efficient time of day for me. Showering at night is part of my bedtime routine (except every other night because of very dry skin and eczema).
