Imagine the multitude of VITAL issues that constituents need help with, not to mention the special interests/lobbying groups who demand attention and are the ones who hold the big bucks. Somehow an entitled whiner like OP who is badgering them about a green card for their entitled progeny (already with multiple citizenships) and their impending overseas trip would NOT be high on my to-do list. Let's see - I have a choice to work a visa issue for an active duty military member's spouse/child, perhaps with a life-or-death outcome, or see to it that OP's kid can take a vacay.
