Independent X School can change the curriculum and cut the school year and length of the day without notice and demand full tuition.  Independent X School makes no representations of the appropriateness of its education and does not guarantee success, readiness, or even “progress.”  In at least one contract, parents agree to pay Independent X School’s legal fees if the parents win a lawsuit against Independent X School.  Independent X School can harm your child and make you pay $$$ for it!  When did enrollment contracts become so unconscionably one-sided?  It’s no wonder Independent X School does not send a copy of the fully executed enrollment contract to all parties of the agreement or allow for an autosave upon completion in online portals.  But this year’s enrollment contract is still available on your online portal.
