The parents who still don't quite understand that their confirmation email meant nothing are the ones that I want to smack right now. 82 spots in a given session and possibly the system sent confirmed messages to 95 people. And was hosed up enough that they couldn't unravel who the first 82 were. I mean, I get the frustration and the girls' disappointment, but it's an IT failure. [/quote] This is false.
