[/quote]. You know UVa used to have a photo on the application and yes, the student body had disproportionately large blue eyes and post-braces jaws.  It was tax-payer funded for in-state tuition, so UVa has had enough power to tax everyone so that only the above-average looking could get to attend Mr. Jefferson's University.  [/quote]
