Men wear button downs and sweaters; women wear high end blouses or sweaters plus jewelry. One woman who isn’t in upper management once filled in for her boss and appeared in an athleisure top, and once she dropped off the zoom the ED reminded the rest of us to reiterate the dress code expectations to our teams.
