The Submariner is very, very popular with those in the military.  My brother in law was a Command Sgt Major and he wore his every day.
Sadly he passed at age 50 from glioblastoma.  My sister was shocked after he passed that it appraised at $30,000.  I believe he bought it for
several thousand dollars.[/quote]

OP, I'm prior poster.  I took a look at the GMT and my brother in law may have had the GMT.  He wore his watch every day and he loved it.
