Deja lied that she was staying over her friend' Tiffany's house. They didn't know she was on a bus to Boston, and probably why she only stayed overnight and not for the weekend. According to the previews Randall finds out about the teens having $ex from Deja's Siri texts.

I think the Sally and Rebecca bonding was actually great - these two women who crossed paths and have bottled up emotions, confronting aging, just bonded. The Pearson family really needs friends, especially ones that other family members won't try to marry later.

I think Nicky came across as crusty but not hostile with Edie but willing to open up. She seems like one of the first characters I've ever seen him look in the eye directly.[/quote][/quote]
