More seriously, though this probably isn't the answer, Glencarlyn barely has any sidewalks on its roads so maybe they prioritized plowing it because they can't rely on neighbors to shovel non-existant sidewalks. That could mean its even harder to get out of that neighborhood than others that have sidewalks.[/quote]
