Because West Springfield is close to Lewis and is overcrowded and West Potomac is the closest school to Mount Vernon and is overcrowded. But FCPS expanded West Springfield and is expanding West Potomac now so kids don't get moved to Lewis or Mount Vernon, even though both of those schools have capacity.[/quote]
