[/quote] If the bicyclist had a stop sign than so did the driver and that means the driver still was responsible for safely merging into and getting across the bike lane and if the car was already ahead of the cyclists he would have been visible and easily avoidable for the person on a bike - what you are positing is absolutely no proof of what you allege. What does make sense is that the car overtook the cyclist from behind and then turned into him which the cyclist would not have been able to see to avoid. Please try again.[/quote]
