They are basically sales reps that sell products for a big corporation, whether that's Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, candles, essential oils, health drinks, whatever. They have a contract with these companies, which the company can terminate at any time. Hmmm, never saw a business owner who could be fired from the business they "own." These companies have rules, that you have to abide by. If you owned it, you could make up your own rules and run your "business" however you wanted. If you owned a business and decided you wanted to retire or change courses, you could sell the business. These women don't own a darn thing except the product they've bought from the company to sell. If you owned a business, you could call it Courtney's Cosmetics or Fanny's Fitness Shakes. But instead, you and every other sales person in the area are Mary Kay or Juice Plus or Beach Body.
