NP I think the problem
Is calling it “black on black” like black people are going out trying to kill their own race. The people who commit violence have issues; and if someone is going to be violent chances are they’re going to do it against people in proximity. Black oriole are usually around…. Other black People, so that would be the victim. Calling it black on black seems to imply some intra-racial abnormality.

I do think, if you want to say there is some white cultural issue; it could be that way my black son doesn’t get his way – he chokes it up to being because he’s black, poor, undeserving, etc. He has no expectation of people being fair, girls liking him, him being cool, etc. A lot of white kids are told they are the world, they rule the world, and if everything doesn’t go their way they look outward to blame; and some want to attack!  Of course this isn’t everyone, but that is a lot of the “cultural” issues of white shooters. [/quote]
