Good advice.  And you started dating him when you were 34.  So the takeaway is: date younger!  I do think men like to be in a relationship more than women (statistics back that up) so they tend to settle down earlier.  A lot of women want to be wild until mid 30s, and they may be top quality women, but didn't want kids or anything earlier.  Men seem to figure out what they want way earlier, IME [/quote]
