Look, YOU may think its about all sorts of things, but the report concludes that the issues are about attracting and enrolling more SN kids. In fact, it states[b] "The school’s effectiveness in educating students with disabilities provides a compelling case for increasing special education enrollment rates at BASIS DC PCS."[/b][/quote]
