I mean sure.  You'll find a few overcrowded W schools that haven't been renovated in decades.  But for the most partz overcrowding is happening where Hispanic immigrants flock.   And again, check MCPS demographic.  Whitee is headed for greener (or more correctly redder) pastures.[/quote]
