10 yr old boy — Ideas please!! He is the least materialistic person I know. He could care less about “stuff.” Hoards his own money and never even spends gift cards. Typically, we give him experiences, which he seems to love, but this has been tough during COVID. He loves to read and is into computers (how they operate, code, etc). He also swims.
I have two tween girls, 9 and 12 and also prefer experiences to things. IN normal times, I would have sprung for Broadway tickets and a couple of nights in a cool NYC hotel They both love clothes, older one especially. She loves hoodies, vintage band tees (I have to tell her which bands were cool:), vintage stuff, etc. They both love books. My older one loved her Kindle until it died. Would your son like one of those? Graphic novels (from Calvin and Hobbes to anime or Marvel), drawing/art stuff, and outdoors gear. A cool ski jacket and maybe a plan for a ski trip/lessons? A drum kit?
