A quick search shows four available properties in GV currently at the 500-900k range. One older duplex 3/2, two 3/3 townhouses in Shirlington Crest, and one 4/3 duplex. Shirlington Crest and 4/3 duplex were built in 2008 and 2013. That seems to track pretty favorably for being in Arlington, walkable to Shirlington and easily accessible to 395/Pentagon/Amazon/DC.
