And? It's still eaten in the south, made in the south (as well as PA I'm sure) and on the menu in a lot of restaurants in the south. I've never seen it on a restaurant menu in the DMV which is much closer to, and I'd venture to say inhabited by more people from, Pennsylvania. Well, I think I've seen it on a menu at a supposed "southern-style diner" around here but that's it. PA and southern states can both claim it. One for origin, one for still consuming it in 2021....[/quote]
