Her authority stops at the boundary of the road and the parking lot?[/quote] As a disinterested third party, I don’t know the law, but my guess would be yes - she is definitely guilty of an overreach of authority. She should only be issuing rules for roads on school property, not for ones that are also used by the general public. It sounds as if her edict re: who can turn where and when is negatively affecting commuters and drivers, so this matter should be brought before local government officials.[/quote] Any lawyers out there that know the laws governing this?[/quote]
