Not PP, but TJHSST wasn't created for educational purposes.  It was created for marketing purposes by the county Board of Supervisors when the BOS was controlled by Republicans courting west coast defense contractors to rent space in suburban office parks.

Nice deflection, but wrong.  First, it appears you agree that the worst performing schools are controlled by Democrats.  Good for you.  Here is a nice article that tries to explain why funding is not the issue.
